They rarely will. Coming from someone who has owned and used one for several years, GPS will always get you to the address (assuming its in its database), but if you already know how to get there, you'll likely disagree with the route. If you don't know how to get there, no harm no foul. As far as your inaccuracy, perhaps its a signal strength issue? The current Kenwood system in my DD is Garmin based and I've yet to experience anything "off" to the point the route was useless. Sometimes an address might show up on the map another 4-5 houses down the street, but by that time I'm navigating by house addresses anyway. Oh, and FWIW, if you haven't used the online update utility, its awesome and very easy once your download the software from Garmin.
